IPOboard CEO Dmitry Bulavin spoke about the opportunities of raising capital, which the IPOboard system offers to young biotech companies. According to Dmitry Bulavin, the priority criteria for a successful project include professional expertise, especially, the fair value of the business at an early stage of negotiations with investors. He also stressed that it is important for companies to disclose information through PR, including using the IPOboard services.

Today, the Skolkovo BMT cluster includes already 980 resident companies, the number of which, according to the expectations of experts, will increase to 1,000 before the end of the year. 21 companies, among them, are actively using the IPOboard website to raise capital.

After welcoming speech at the opening of the meeting, IPOboard CEO Dmitry Bulavin emphasized the urgency of the problem related to the disclosure of information by public companies, and invited the participants to take part in the discussion. He also noted that the situation with information transparency has improved significantly in the post-crisis community. In particular, small and medium businesses at the pre-IPO stage can compete with the 3-level issuers, while a part of these members of the younger businesses already aim to enter the capital market in the future.
