IPOBoard is an online information and trading system for raising capital for hi-tech companies. The platform is designed for non-public companies which precedes the process of going public on MICEX-RTS.
The Innovation and Investment Market (IIM-Board) operates under the concept of "innovation lift", according to which specialized development institutions interact with each other with the aim to encourage funding of innovative projects.
Krasnoyarsk Deputy Minister of Investments and Innovations Ruhhulaeva Olga believes that innovative companies involved in the online platform increase the possibility to attract investment: "The system provides an opportunity to promising companies without experience in raising capital not only to prepare for IPO, but also to get advice on investment deal."
IPOboard currently has 73 registered companies,7of them are residents of “KRITBI”. It is important that Krasnoyarsk innovative entrepreneurs are increasingly interested in IPOboard and consider the project to be a real opportunity to raise funds.
