IPOboard is a part of Innovation and Investment Market of the Moscow Exchange. The project is developed closely in cooperation with RUSNANO, Russian Venture Company and other Russian state institutions of innovations development.

We strive to enhance the availability of venture capital and private equity for the most promising Russian small and medium innovative companies including those that might become public, and to develop a broad investor database for these companies.
